As part of the Atua-Matua series of wānanga, Toi Tangata will be engaging in a number of events throughout the year. These events provide another avenue to engage in whakapapa and mātauranga as well as providing a wero to whānau who have not participated in multisport events.

Keep in mind that this registration covers only the cost for the wānanga and accommodation at the marae.

YOU WILL STILL NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE EVENT.

Our wānanga will be held at the Waihi Community Marae starting on Friday 6 May with the pōwhiri at 3:30pm. Breakfast for Saturday and Sunday will be included in your wānanga registration fee, as well as a packed lunch for Saturday. Whānau will need to sort out dinner for Friday and Saturday night, however we invite whānau to bring something to share for dinner for a pot-luck styles dinner on Friday evening. On Saturday, it is likely that the Toi Tangata team will be visiting the local RSA for dinner and welcome any other whānau that want to come.
